Haircut Sunday

So this morning...I woke up and no big surprise ryan is not in bed...he can't ever sleep in as much as me...this morning I figure he was just outside already cleaning up the doggie poo. So i'm getting cleaned up and dressed...and i heard ryan coming up from the basement. I met him in the kitchen and he is standing there with a SHAVED HEAD. He still looks HOT.

IPOD Saturday

That is right BIIIIIIITCHES...I finally got my IPOD. Ryan and I got one each on Saturday. NOT just 30GB but a 60GB. I so love it...ryan and I are now on a search for the ipod skin. I can't believe it look us this long to finally get one but I think it paid off cause ours plays VIDEO...and stuff.

Fuck off MINUTEMAN of Utah

I will not post this pic...but I just saw a picture in the Trib that had a "self described white supremacists" supporting the minuteman rallies against the immigration MARCH that went on here in downtown SLC. Fuck off Minuteman and white supremacists...the only people who have a right to say "send them back"...are the native americans.

Being curious....I went to the utahminuteman website. It just made me so fucking pissed.

I should have gone to the March on Sunday...but ryan and i were starving on our fast.

Last week

Last Wednesday, Ryan turned 35. We both went to work that day. But we celebrated with a nice dinner at the new neighborhood restaurant-- Harry's. As usual I got so sick afterwards...not food poisoning just very very fatigued. (the anemia.) The food was good. Ryan had the Black and Blue Rib Eye and I just got the chicken sandwich. The artichoke and spinach dip was fabulous.

Because we are on a budget...being sensible sucks...my present to Ryan was a few items of clothing from BR. He loved his presents. He looks so hot in these new outfits. I'm ryan's little shopper.

We were suppose to go to dinner with lots of Ryan's friends on Saturday. But of course, I was not feeling so good physical or emotional...and we cancelled with most of our invitees...except with Rose and Bob who were coming from South Idaho just to have dinner with us. We still went out to one of ryan's favorite sushi resataurants -- Ginza. The food was good...but while we were at the restaurant...Bob had to tell us about Takashi...and we all raved about it...the T&T roll with the hot sauce is my favorite. THOSE ARE so good at Takashi's.

Most of last weekend is kind of a blur...could it be that I have been STARVING myself. well sort of. Ryan and I started on my cleanse diet...and our first fast day was sunday. Wow was that hard. Ryan was super light headed. I don't remember much from sunday or monday.

I just realized I didn't take any pictures this weekend...wait...i did...i took some video of ryan and the doggies in the backyard on sunday...i will post it later too.

Today is now Tuesday night...I had a weird day today. Work was kind of stressful and emotional for me today. I will maybe write more about this on my blog in the next few days...it all depends on the outcome.

Hunger

I'm sitting here at working. Hungry. My stomach isn't making hunger sounds...but I'm mentally starving. I haven't really eaten a real meal since Saturday night. This dieting thing sucks. I can't wait till 5:30 when Ryan comes and gets me.

Iron

So I got my blood test results back today. I'm anemic. I have an iron deficiency going on right now. I have to take a few Iron pills a day for a few months. The pills are not an over night cure...so I need to take them for a longer period of time. I heard today from a coworker that Iron pills can make you nauseous and constipated...Great.

Rose told me tonight that when I start Isagenix's tomorrow I can take my iron pills and take the isaflush to help with the constipation.

I'm happy that I'm not diabetic. But I'm still worried about the anemia. Apparently if I get prego my anemia could get worse. My doctor told me to just take my pills and she will contact me soon with a nutritionist referral and I will be on track to feeling lots better!

So I'm starting isagenix cleanse diet next week. I'm going to be doing a hard core detox cleanse for 30 days. Wish me luck. My sweet Ryan is going to do the fast with me every sunday for four weeks. I love that guy. Apparently my energy level should increase. I can't wait. I want to feel the same way I did when I was 20.

Madonna

I was at work today till 6:30. First time ever that I was there that late on a FRIDAY. Ryan and I went and picked up Jennifer. I adore my friend Jennifer. Anna Marie called me right before we picked up Jennifer. Anna and her friend Blair just happen to be in SLC tonight. I called Megan and had her pick up Doug. We all met at Blue Plate for dinner. I had a Black Bean Burrito.









Ryan had a huevos ranchero.

We all went to my house after dinner. I also hurt buddy's paw with our storm door when I got home with ry and jen. Buddy was okay. Megan and doug showed up after us. Megan and I drank. Anna went to Top Hat video with Blair. They got to my house around 10:30. BTW it was blair's 30th birthday. I wanted to go dancing and so did all the girls.

We took off around 11pm to club sound...which use to be Bricks. It was gay night...we wanted to hear good music...and I was hoping they would play MADONNA. We had trouble finding a parking spot and figuring out how to lock Blair's car.

We finally got to the club...I didn't see anyone I recognized. We walked into the main dance floor and they are playing madonna's new song... Madonna- Hung Up


then we saw Cam...he is so nice. I miss hanging with that guy. he promises to call me and hang with ry and i ...i told him we would have him over for dinner. We saw a drag show with NOVA STARR as the main attraction. She did splits and popped right up.

We left around 1am. Apparently Shaney was there..but we never saw him. We drove home and we chatted about the men in our lives...me about ryan (here is a pic of me in Blair's car on the way home.)









...anna talked about blair and megan talked about doug. I swear It was just like in a Sex and the City episode...I remember there was one episode where the girls went dancing to a gay club. Click on the video below to see us chatting on the way home.












BTW, I saw Dave ...one of the top executives for the bank I work for. He was kind of nice to me.

megan and I were talking about Jon on the way home from the club and we called him. I called him at 1am cause we were thinking of him. I miss that kid even if he hates me. It was late and I was a bit out of it...I hope it made things better between us. He was like a younger brother to me.
